Description
This Seasonal position is responsible for managing major business accounts and providing order management and customer care to the Corporate Sales Team.
Main duties include customer service support, order management, preparation for electronic and manual order entry, account maintenance and sales support to the Corporate Sales Team.
Major responsibilities :
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with customers and employees at all levels of the organization
- Identifies agent performance trending opportunities and provides feedback via email, phone calls, and video sessions to the team managers and the Quality Assurance team
- Must be able to accommodate changing work schedules, which will include weekends and late hours during the Holiday.
- A proven ability to use discretion in working with confidential information is essential.
- Must be self-motivated detail oriented with the ability to organize multiple tasks and produce results with exact deadlines in an environment with frequent interruptions
- Extensive knowledge in order entry and customer service within CCS
- Strong customer service skills
- Inbound calls ( external customers, internal callers, transfers, questions, etc.)
- Process a variety of orders

- Viewer System Console
- Support Management Dashboard in Salesforce

- Assigned Submission Requests (Merge Requests, etc.)

- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Must be a team player.
Requirements
Education and Experience :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A flexible, positive can do attitude and a love for the service arena are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to interact professionally with business customers and co-workers.
- Strong organizational skills are required to meet changing business requirements and to effectively perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A demonstrated ability to work and contribute effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere is essential.
- Prior Corporate Sales, HD Call Center, and / or Customer Service experience preferred.
- Must be able to handle a high volume of calls and have great telephone skills.
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week with the probability of overtime during the peak holiday season and be flexible to work evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.
