SMX is actively seeking a Technical Project Manager, Junior for a full-time, remote position, supporting ACIC (travel 2 times a year to Ft.
Meade once clearance is processed).
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Work directly for the TDL PM and INSCOM Lead.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess project scope, goals, and deliverables are being met.
- Facilitate effective communication between Engineers, Service Desk specialists, Logisticians, cabling SMEs and stakeholders.
- Organize and lead regular project meetings to provide updates on project status, milestones, and upcoming tasks. Provide weekly and monthly updates to TDL PM.
- Monitor project progress and address issues to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations and address concerns.
- Write job requisitions and manage staffing of a small team.
Required Skills, Experience & Education
- Active Secret security clearance and eligibility for TS / SCI and NATO
- Detail oriented, well-organized, and methodical.
- Adaptable to rapidly changing situations and moods and appropriately determine priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 to 5 years experience in project management or leading a small team (5-15)

- Experience with Army Intel programs
