Requires in-depth knowledge of medical terminology and direct communication with claimants - Responsibilities include collaborating with financing companies and maintaining a fast-paced workflow.

Will be involved in dynamic intake negotiations, loan approvals, contract sending, and more. Access to advanced training programs for qualified candidates.

Salary range : $50,000 - $60,000 - Benefits : 401(k), Healthcare Benefits, Profit Sharing

Compensation :

$50,000 - $55,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Communicate with law offices and clients to gather necessary documents and information for financial evaluations
• Meet specific criteria for roles in Origination and Underwriting departments
• Educate clients and law firms about the services offered by the company
• Engage with various departments within the organization
• Discuss medical issues with plaintiffs
• Manage inbound calls as part of a team effort
• Collaborate with a skilled team of professionals
• Maintain regular communication with the Underwriting team
• Stay in close contact with plaintiffs throughout the process
• Ability to work both remotely and in the main office

Qualifications :

• Must reside within a 30-minute distance from the Sandy Springs office and be a resident of Georgia
• In-office work is mandatory; all employees are required to work from the office
• Should have a minimum of two to three years of experience in a law firm dealing with personal injury cases
• Proficient in handling financial matters with companies from previous law firm roles
• Ability to maintain organization in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent communication skills when interacting with plaintiffs
• Thorough understanding of intricate operational procedures
• Proficiency in using various software applications
• Access to reliable transportation is a must
• Possess a team-oriented mindset
• Strong grasp of intake operations
• Demonstrated stable employment history without frequent job changes
