Requires in-depth knowledge of medical terminology and direct communication with claimants - Responsibilities include collaborating with financing companies and maintaining a fast-paced workflow.
Will be involved in dynamic intake negotiations, loan approvals, contract sending, and more. Access to advanced training programs for qualified candidates.

Salary range : $50,000 - $60,000 - Benefits : 401(k), Healthcare Benefits, Profit Sharing
Compensation :
$50,000 - $55,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Communicate with law offices and clients to gather necessary documents and information for financial evaluations
- Meet specific criteria for roles in Origination and Underwriting departments
- Educate clients and law firms about the services offered by the company
- Engage with various departments within the organization
- Discuss medical issues with plaintiffs
- Manage inbound calls as part of a team effort
- Collaborate with a skilled team of professionals
- Maintain regular communication with the Underwriting team
- Stay in close contact with plaintiffs throughout the process
- Ability to work both remotely and in the main office
Qualifications :
- Must reside within a 30-minute distance from the Sandy Springs office and be a resident of Georgia
- In-office work is mandatory; all employees are required to work from the office
- Should have a minimum of two to three years of experience in a law firm dealing with personal injury cases
- Proficient in handling financial matters with companies from previous law firm roles
- Ability to maintain organization in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent communication skills when interacting with plaintiffs
- Thorough understanding of intricate operational procedures
- Proficiency in using various software applications
- Access to reliable transportation is a must
- Possess a team-oriented mindset
- Strong grasp of intake operations
- Demonstrated stable employment history without frequent job changes
