Hours : 8 PM - 4 AM
Compensation : $24.00 - $25.00 per hour

Position Summary
As a Community Monitor at our Sober Living Motel, The Barracks, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our temporary housing clients and staff.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring the community, identifying issues, and reporting concerns to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly client curfew check-ins.
- Monitor community activities using security cameras.
- Perform periodic inspections of common areas to observe behavior.
- Maintain cleanliness of common workspaces, lobby, and staff restrooms.
- Timely submission of incident reports and communication of any observed concerns regarding client behavior.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- PSS or CRM certification prior to hire.
- Knowledge of chemical dependency, addiction, and mental health issues.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment TB test and background check.
- Commitment to our non-discrimination policies.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage respectfully with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
The role involves light physical activity, including exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally. Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities.
