Role & Responsibilities :
Build Meaningful Relationships : Develop strong connections with our residents and their families while providing assistance with daily activities to ensure their comfort and happiness.
Attend to Care Needs : Show empathy and compassion in addressing individual care requirements, including grooming, bathing, feeding, and other essential tasks.
Cook : Prepare nutritious and delicious meals in accordance with our menu, promoting the health and well-being of our residents.
Assist : Accurately and timely distribute medication, contributing to a safe, clean, and organized environment.
Create a Homelike Environment : Uphold the values of comfort, privacy, and dignity for our residents, fostering a warm and caring atmosphere that feels like home.
Qualifications :
Must be Certified in the state of NJ as a Medication Aide
Passion for Senior Care : Demonstrate a genuine dedication to serving seniors, accompanied by excellent customer service skills.
Education : Possess a High School diploma / GED.
Certification : Hold the necessary state-required certification or license for the position.
Decision-Making Skills : Display the ability to make sound decisions in the best interest of our residents.
Team Player : Collaborate positively within the Care Partner team, aligning with Fox Trail's strategy guides for success.
Physical Ability : Willingness and capability to lift over 75 pounds for resident transfers.
