Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Determine process steps and flow to move from inputs to expected output.
Determine method to complete each process step (., machine-based, people-based or combination); provide and maintain tools to perform each process step (.
SOPs, tooling, training).
Monitor and continuously improve processes to ensure expected output targets or implement corrective action.
Provide detailed data collection and analysis (time studies, material flow, waste analysis).

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
1 year experience with lean manufacturing and value stream mapping
1 year experience with SAP or other manufacturing execution systems
Experience may be concurrent
