Nestled in the heart of Southwest Florida’s vibrant landscape, Margaritaville Fort Myers Beach, under the proud operation and ownership of TPI Hospitality, offers not just a job but an opportunity for unparalleled personal and professional growth.

We are seeking qualified candidates for our 250+ room hotel. The Front Desk Supervisor will collaborate closely with the Front Desk Manager and Director of Operations to deliver a memorable experience for the hotel’s guests and associates.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a strong ability to communicate effectively and provide clear and concise training.

Solid organizational skills are necessary for this position.

Key Responsibilities include :

Guest Check-in and Room Assignment :

Welcome guests and visitors to the front lobby, record their information, and choose a room(s) for the guest based on their needs.

Interdepartmental Communication :

Communicate effectively with other hotel departments such as housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Team Leadership and Development :

Assist in hiring, developing, inspiring, and leading your team to exceed every guest’s expectation.

Collaboration with Management :

Work closely with the Front Office Manager and Director of Operations to achieve or exceed expectations.

Expectation Setting and Accountability :

Clearly communicate expectations to all associates, holding yourself and others accountable for their actions and performance.

Ownership Mentality :

Operate the hotel as if it were your own, taking ownership of its success and ensuring its smooth operation.

Safety and Health Compliance :

Assist in providing a safe, healthy environment for all guests and associates by adhering to safety and health protocols.

Assure that your daily actions and decision-making reflect TPI’s nine core values, ensuring alignment with the company's principles and ethos.

What you will bring :

• Supervisory experience or strong leadership qualities
• Two or more years of experience working in a hotel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
