Job Description The Composite Manufacturing Tooling Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing tooling solutions to optimize the manufacturing process of composite materials.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure tooling systems meet quality, efficiency, and safety standards.

What You'll Do :

• Design and develop tooling solutions, including molds, fixtures, and jigs, for composite manufacturing processes
• Utilize CAD software to create detailed models of tooling components
• Collaborate with manufacturing and design engineers to optimize processes, select materials, and create ply schedules

Required Qualifications :

• 8-10 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in composite manufacturing and tooling design.
• Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools for structural analysis.
• Strong knowledge of composite materials, manufacturing processes, and fabrication techniques.
• Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Master's degree in relevant field.
• Experience with CNC machining, 3D printing, and advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
