As a Process Technicianyou will :
Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Process Technician to join our team. As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment used in the manufacturing process.
Your role will involve ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently, following all safety protocols and quality standards
Responsibilities :
- Set up, operate, and monitor machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality
- Monitor production output and make adjustments as needed to meet production targets
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify areas for process improvement
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, including batch records and equipment logs
- Adhere to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines and company policies
- Safely handle materials, including loading and unloading using forklifts or other equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly desirable
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
- Familiarity with CGMP guidelines and laboratory practices is preferred
