Job Description

The Credit Dealer Team is looking for an energetic, diligent, team-oriented individual with credit market knowledge, an understanding of trade flow processes and a proficient background in electronic trading platforms.

The individual will be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with sell-side clients to ensure seamless experience and promote use of the Tradeweb system on a continuous basis.

A key candidate would be able to travel domestically and entertain sell-side clients as needed. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multi-task are all required as the role will involve dealing with periods of intense trading activity and demanding customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Establish strong relationships with sell-side participants across trading, sales, business and technology lines
  • Understand the intersection of corporate bond execution and technology driven electronic trading opportunities
  • Develop a thorough command of dealer trading strategy, requirements and behaviors and how these translate onto the platform
  • Diligently support platform activity by assisting traders and sales in real time as well as provide ongoing training on platform workflows to ensure seamless experience
  • Educate dealer clients on how they could maximize usage of Tradeweb across credit protocols
  • Engage dealer participants in meaningful dialogue to understand potential areas of opportunity for partnership with Tradeweb to mitigate inefficient trading workflows
  • Continuously provide feedback from the dealer community to internal teams in an effort to build further enhancements customized to our clients’ needs
  • Apprise dealer client base of upcoming enhancements and initiatives designed to provide exemplary trading experience
  • Stay on the forefront of market developments and competitive landscape advancements
  • Coordinate and lead frequent meetings with relevant market participants to cover performance reviews, pitch new trade solutions and effectively convey Tradeweb’s strategy;

all of which will require exhibition of strong presentation skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree completed
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience, Minimum 2 years in client facing role
  • SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 certification preferred
  • Travel up to 20%
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Perceptive and energetic self-starter with strong interpersonal skills

Tradeweb will match 100% of the first 4% of compensation that you contribute.

The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $90,000 to $200,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule.

The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
