Company & Position Insights : Athletes Global is looking for a fun and enthusiastic Zumba instructor with a passion in teaching.
Our classes are rockin', high energy DANCE parties that help develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children's lives by making fitness FUN! Classes feature kid friendly routines based on original Zumba® choreography.
We break down the steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure. It is important to understand that is centered around creating a FUN atmosphere, as opposed to one of a more technical, competitive nature.
Children of all shapes, sizes, and abilities are welcome.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct fitness classes and provide instruction to participants in various disciplines such as personal training, CrossFit, Pilates, dance, yoga.
- Develop and implement fitness programs tailored to the needs and goals of individual clients.
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure participants are using equipment safely.
- Motivate and inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals.
- Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices to support overall wellness.
- Maintain a clean and organized workout area.
