Title of Position : General Manager
Job Description : The General Manager would manage shifts to ensure company standards are
maintained and would also aid in the development, supervision and monitoring of all team
members. The General Manager would perform operational activities such as inventory control,
scheduling, sanitation, preparing and preserving stock and monitoring food supplies and would
also communicate and abide by all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications
149; This position requires a minimum of three years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in a
high volume
149; The General Manager must be passionate about, and thrive on, the development and
mentoring of others
The General Manager must be hands on and willing to work in the kitchen
149; The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is necessary for the General
Manager
149; Trust, honesty, integrity and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for
the General Manager
