This person would be responsible for Business Development (bringing in new clients) as well as sourcing and placing candidates!

Responsibilities :
- Helping the team find and match candidates to the right job openings.
- Recommending candidates to clients over the phone and arranging interviews for them.
- Building a network of skilled candidates (even those not actively job searching) by reaching out and developing relationships.
- Talking to clients to understand what kind of person they're looking for, beyond just skills.
- Screening candidates over the phone to assess their skills, experience, and motivation.
- Matching candidates to job openings and submitting them for consideration.
- Writing job ads that attract the right candidates.
- Handling applications and inquiries, determining who could be a good fit.
- Arranging interviews and providing both candidates and clients with the details they need.
