We are looking for an Associate Consultant - Recruiter to join us for our October training academy!

At Spencer Ogden, we help the world's most prestigious companies solve their talent challenges! We are looking for motivated, hard-working individuals to join our team and deliver a first-class service to our clients.

This person would be responsible for Business Development (bringing in new clients) as well as sourcing and placing candidates!

If you're interested in a career in recruitment but don't know much about it, here’s a simplified breakdown of the job :

Responsibilities :

  • Helping the team find and match candidates to the right job openings.
  • Recommending candidates to clients over the phone and arranging interviews for them.
  • Building a network of skilled candidates (even those not actively job searching) by reaching out and developing relationships.
  • Talking to clients to understand what kind of person they're looking for, beyond just skills.
  • Screening candidates over the phone to assess their skills, experience, and motivation.
  • Matching candidates to job openings and submitting them for consideration.
  • Writing job ads that attract the right candidates.
  • Handling applications and inquiries, determining who could be a good fit.
  • Arranging interviews and providing both candidates and clients with the details they need.

What They're Looking For :

  • No or little experience needed (0-1 year in recruiting).

  • Permanent U.S. working rights are required.
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required.
