Allegiance Staffing is looking for a responsible team lead with one of Shelbyville Kentucky's leading paint solutions providers in Kentucky.
The Lead in charge of meeting and exceeding production goals. The Team Lead will have great communication skills, basic data entry skills and an engaged collaborative mentality.
SummaryThe role of Team Lead would require previous team leader experience. The lead will be responsible for learning all facets of the paint and coating process and ensuring that team members and trained and perform their tasks to standard.
The Team Leader will also be responsible for communicating with team members and leadership. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Learn all processes through hands-on training.
- Provide training and direction to team members.
- Coordinate movement of parts and materials, changing of racks, and enter data.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure production continues and goals are met.
- Receive direction from leadership and implement changes as needed.
- Be willing and available to work on the line as the need arises.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized area, ensuring all materials are stored correctly.
- Enforce standard operating procedures and highlight issues or concerns to leadership.
- Be a role model for attendance, punctuality, attitude, and flexibility.
Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or two years of work experience.
- Comfortable with computer and all aspects of communication.
- Count, add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
- Work standing for a 10-hour shift in a production environment.
- Lift and move up to 20 pounds of weight.
- Be able to communicate needs are requirements in a respectful manner
