Accenture is looking for experienced higher education professionals with aptitude and interest in systems technology to join our Workday Student Practice, a group dedicated to implementing Workday Student in higher education as part of institutions' modernization efforts to support their strategic goals, aid in student success, and improve the student experience.

As a Workday Student Financials consultant, the selected candidate(s) will have the opportunity to specialize and certify in one Workday Student functional areas (Student Recruiting and Admissions, Student Records, Curriculum Management and Academic Advising, Financial Aid, or Student Financials) so that they may master Workday configuration to meet client requirements, recommend alternative solutions when needed, support various stages of system testing, and facilitate knowledge transfer all while working as part of a highly connected and collaborative team following Workday's and Accenture's deployment methodologies.

Potential candidates should possess strong communication and presentation skills with an ability and intention to provide stellar service to our clients.

Here's what you need :

  • Workday Partner Certification
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Higher Education
  • Minimum of 2 years experience implementing student systems or other ERP software solutions such as Banner or PeopleSoft
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Bonus Points if :

  • Engage with all project stakeholders to build teamwork and develop trust and confidence
  • Take initiative and be resourceful in building your knowledge and skill level
  • Ability to recognize potential issues or software shortcomings then provide solutions to resolve
  • Produce quality deliverables that need little refinement
  • Possess clear and effective communication skills
  • Previous consulting experience as a functional lead with student records solutions preferred
  • Experience gathering functional business requirements and translating to solutions
  • Advanced MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, v lookups) and MS office skills

Compensation for roles at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.

As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.

California : $67,900-$169,800

Colorado : $67,900-$146,700

New York City : $78,600-$169,800

Washington : $72,300-$156,200
