Moving Team Lead

Atlanta Metro & Suburbs Moving Company is hiring Drivers & Movers. We are conveniently located in Chamblee, GA.

Hourly + Bonus Incentive Program Up to $28 / hr (Including Team Leader Bonus) + TIPS ( $5-10 / hr more)!! Refer a mover for $200 bonus! We are aggressively hiring great customer service moving team leaders!

OUR INDUSTRY LEADING COMPENSATION PACKAGE

• Make up to $28 an hour in the foreman / driver position!! Come lead a team and create great customer experiences, the better you are the more you make in our BONUS PROGRAM! (Hourly + Performance Bonus)
• Tips : average $800 to $1000+ per month (approximately $5 to $8 an hour or more)
• Performance Incentive Pay - Incentive Pay Plan - the better you perform, the more you make! Additional bonuses for positive reviews / customer referrals, Driver bonuses,
• Employee Referral Bonuses!! Work with your friends! $200 referral bonus when referred mover completes 15 moves!
• W4 employee (not 1099) with Workers Compensation to protect you if you get hurt

ALL APPLICANTS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA :

• In order to be insured as a driver, you must be 21 years of age or older(18 years of age for movers / helpers) and have at least two years driving experience.
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Excellent customer service skills, a drive to learn, and a motivation to help people
• Must be able to work at least 3 days a week.
• Having your own reliable means of transportation is a plus. Our offices are walking distance from MARTA train station.

Requirements for Driver Position

21 years of age or older

Valid Driver’s License - CDL A or B preferred, but not required

Have no more than 3 points on a motor vehicle report (within the past 2 years)

No suspensions in the past 12 months. No more than 1 within the past 3 years

No more than 1 at-fault accident within the past 3 years

No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years

Ability to pass a criminal background check

Moving experience preferred

Weekend availability is a must

Requirements for the Moving Team Lead position :

Has at least 2 years of experience in a supervisor / leadership role.

Knows how a moving crew needs to flow to give the customer a great experience

Has at least 2 years of experience in a customer service industry

Has 2 references

Can provide a solid work history showing steady employment

Has PROFESSIONAL moving experience

Has experience handling job contracts
