• You should have - Bachelor's in Statistics, Econometrics, Business Analytics, or a related Scientific major. - Data Analytics knowledge with 5+ years of experience in the field.
• Management mastery with 2+ years of management experience leading a Data Engineering team. - Experience with Data Modeling, including RDBMS and Schemaless models.
• Cloud prowess demonstrating familiarity with cloud platforms like DataStudio or Tableau for deploying analytics solutions.
• Strong analytical and causal reasoning mindset, with a commitment to statistical correctness. - Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion about payment products and a curious mind ready to deep dive. - Expertise with SQL, familiarity with Python or R.
