We are seeking an experienced and driven Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our sales team, optimize our sales processes, and contribute to the growth and success of our dealership.

Position Summary : The Vehicle Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales department, including staff management, customer satisfaction, inventory control, and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities : - Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, motivation, and professional growth.

  • Sales Strategy : Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed dealership goals in terms of units sold, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Experience : Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing guidance on best practices for customer interactions, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and resolving any issues quickly and effectively.
  • Inventory Management : Work closely with the inventory manager to maintain an optimal stock of vehicles that meets customer demand and market trends.
  • Performance Tracking : Monitor sales team performance using key metrics, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Marketing Collaboration : Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns that drive traffic and increase sales.
  • Compliance : Ensure that all sales activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Qualifications : - Proven experience in automotive sales with a successful track record in a managerial role. - Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. - In-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in dealership management software and CRM systems. - Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. - Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and compliance requirements.
