Please note : The pay is $10 an hour plus commissions, which usually comes out to be between $70,000 to $150,000 a year.
Our average monthly commision paid is $5,000 to $7,000. Our top performers make $10,000 to $12,000 a month from commissions.
Our Sales Professionals receive inbound and make outbound phone calls from warm leads generated through targeted marketing campaigns.
Successful Inside Sales Pros determine customer needs and provide a white-glove experience from start to finish during the sale.
The ideal candidate is organized, with superb note taking skills, and pays close attention to detail. Prior pest control experience is helpful but not required.
Other responsibilities include :
- Send out final key metrics from the day before each day, including competition updates
- Keep track of each sale made by inside sales and ensure Pro Support uploaded the Verbal Agreement
- Assist in scheduling 50% or more of the team’s sales by adjusting routes, calling technicians for same day requests, and trimming down routes to adhere by all scheduling rules
- Keep track of all sales scheduled for the current day, and call any technician who is behind on their route or may have missed an appointment to make sure it will get serviced that day
- Investigate and reschedule any initial job that wasn’t completed the previous day
- Design slides for incentive and competition presentations
Requirements and Qualifications :
- High School or equivalent
- Complete understanding of Pest Routes scheduling rules and details : how to move, reschedule, or cancel jobs, and how to adjust, build, or delete complete routes
- Detail oriented and responsible, able to show up on time and exterminate the teams scheduling mistakes
- Strong communication skills in person and over the phone to communicate important information the Field workers and Field Managers, and Customer Experience Agents
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, calculating simple formulas, create pivot tables, creating limited reports.
- Excellent knowledge of Power Point or Google Sheets
