At Dexterity Capital, we prioritize helping our employees learn new skills and grow quickly. This position would be a great fit for a season researcher eager to explore new avenues in the Cryptocurrency space, or simply have more ownership, responsibility, and opportunity.

What you'll be doing

  • Collecting and Analyzing tens of thousands of data sets
  • Identifying patterns and extracting insights into the complexities of financial markets
  • Leveraging Statistical Analysis, Machine Learning and Data Engineering skills
  • Applying the results of research to forecasts and predictive trading models
  • Collaborating with other researchers, traders and hardware / software developers to push for the best expression of new ideas

About You

  • Proven success with profitable trading strategies
  • Working knowledge of forecasting and data mining techniques, such as linear and non-linear regression analysis, neural networks, or support vector machines
  • Strong experience developing statistical models in a trading environment
  • Proven success working with large datasets and developing statistical models
  • Masters or PhD in Statistics, Physics, Mathematics (or related subject)
  • Expertise with Python and common data analysis packages and tools

Great to Have

  • Expertise in Java / C / C++
  • Experience with High Frequency Trading (Milliseconds or Below)
  • Experience with Various Cloud Services / Providers
  • AWS, Alibaba
