Job Summary :
The Marketing Consultant is a contract position with the potentialto become permanent which will assist our company
withcoordinating and developing marketing policies programs andcampaigns. We are a unique company assisting
people withdisabilities get back to work. The Consultant must have experiencewith marketing to a servicebased industry.
Duties / Responsibilities :
Gather and analyzeinformation to identify new markets and customers competitoranalysis hashtag research
tools and programresearch
Review existing marketing campaigns andstrategies.
Develop a marketing plan with the aim toincrease quality leads including scheduling of posts webinarsreview of
marketing and advertising spend social mediaplatforms blogging mailing lists and press releases
Coordinate marketing between three divisions to ensure consistencyand optimize outreach
Collaboration with thecommunications manager re : messaging and timing
Adpromotion (multiple platforms including Google Facebook LinkedInReddit Instagram) including review of
spend andoptimization
Track and analyze ad spend andperformance
Gather and track data including GoogleAnalytics to inform marketing decisions and develop outreachstrategies
Work with business development and keymanagers to review and give recommendations for webinars
robocalling lists and mailing lists
Review currentdatabase management practices (contacts) and provideadvice
Collaborate with other staff and manage blogsi.e. how to promote copy for blog and scheduling
Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the market;identify needs for new products and services
and makesrecommendations to leadership.
Collaborate participatein and coordinate promotional activities and / or trade shows andconferences.
Ongoing review and suggestions for socialmedia content keeping in mind our branding
Required Skills and Abilities :
Proficient withMicrosoft Office Suite and Google Suite including Drive SheetsGMail or related software.
Proficient in using andanalyzing key social media platforms and their ads managerdashboards including
Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedInand Reddit. Thorough understanding of principles and methods usedto
promote display and sell services.
Knowledge of AI usage in a marketing and sales setting.
Knowledge of marketing tools to assist with easy tracking andmanagement of marketing and advertising across
multipleplatforms
Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills.
Adaptable and willing to stay current on thelatest marketing trends
Excellent organizational skillsand attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of GoogleAnalytics including new GA4 platform and Bing
Knowledgeof the CANSPAM Act and other laws in relation to databasemanagement and email marketing
campaigns.
Team player able to work with our 3 divisions to ensure consistencyof information and coordination of postings.
Ability tocreate implement and monitor advertising budgets.
Education and Experience :
Bachelors degree inBusiness Marketing or related field required; Masters degreepreferred.
Experience
At least five years ofmarketing experience in a related field.
Experience inworking with marketing plans and campaigns for servicebasedcompanies with preferred
experience working with thedisability community
Preferred experience with workingwith multiple divisions within one company
Physical Requirements :
Prolonged periods ofsitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Salary :
Will be commensurate withexperience
