Key Responsibilities : Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from the ServiceNow platform to generate reportsDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to provide service performance insightsCollaborate with IT service teams and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and identify process improvement opportunitiesRequired Qualifications : Experience working with ServiceNow, including modules like Incident, Problem, and ChangeProficiency in Tableau and Power BI for building interactive reports and dashboardsStrong understanding of ITIL processes and service management principlesServiceNow certification (CSA or similar) is preferredExperience in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) for data manipulation is advantageous
