What Will I be Doing?

The Analyst Treasury will be primarily responsible for assisting acceptance of customer credit cards on a global scale. This position also performs cash management processes and analysis related to HGV s cash operations.

In addition to daily treasury operations, the Treasury Analyst will assist with ad hoc requests and upcoming projects. The position will also ensure that cash management services are consistently applied in accordance with HGV’s standard policies and procedures.

You are responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards :

• Assist with global acceptance of credit cards and alternate payments to help support the organization as a whole.
• Support internal and external partners with merchant account openings and corresponding documentation process.
• Provide support for payment issues that may arise such as credit card deposits, holds, fees, etc.
• Research variances and respond to inquiries from operations, internal customers, and independent auditors related to credit card merchant activities.
• Effectively collaborate with other groups, such as Tax, Legal and Accounting to assist with new initiatives and projects.
• Ensure consistent application of cash management standards and policies.
• Cross train with other team members and independently provide backup cash management functions.
• Perform ad hoc projects and analysis as may be assigned by management.

• Critical thinking and analytical skill acquired through experience in cash management or comparable role.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and to exercise sound judgment and decision-making skills with minimal supervision.
• Absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
• Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple projects.
• Proficiency in personal computer skill.
• Self-motivated and dependable; positive attitude and strong work ethic
