You will :

• review HR policy and other documents to learn about relevant processes
• help building out a knowledge base and a more efficient governance process related to these documents
• participate in testing emerging GenAI chatbot capabilities by reviewing machine generated answers and comparing them to standard ones
• summarize the findings of the testing in Excel (pivot tables, charts)
• assess incoming queries from employees that would help enriching and standardizing the available documents

Qualifications

You have :

• 1-3 years of relevant experience supporting governance processes or content management
• A data driven mindset when it comes to text data, and enthusiasm towards emerging natural language processing techniques
• Problem solving attitude with solid sense of accountability
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (functions, pivots, charts)
• Analytical thinking
• Confident communicating skills (strong written and verbal English) and collaboration skills
• Aptitude for learning new systems and technologies

You may have :

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager
• Experience with testing virtual agents supporting customer service
