The award-winning in-house agency team for PepsiCo Foods, affectionately called D3, is hiring again! We are growing rapidly with a dynamic team that includes Creative, Account Service, Strategy, Ops, Production, Social, Digital, Cause, and Partnership experts providing full-service creative agency work for the PepsiCo Foods North American portfolio.

The D3 team is a full-service creative agency that supports the PepsiCo Foods North America business, working on iconic brands like Lay’s, Doritos, Tostitos, Smartfood, Cap’n Crunch and Quaker (to name just a few!).

The senior editor is responsible for leading the creative development of product ready assets for Frito Lay’s portfolio of brands.

Our editor roles are specialists with a specific skillset centered around all types and levels of video production. A successful editor must have a proficient level of understanding and functional capability in highly specialized software designed for the creation of videos including motion graphics.

Our editor leaders also participate in brainstorming and creative brand strategy sessions including ideation of long term campaigns, content creation and development, asset management, maintaining pipeline workflow, and in some cases, they will be handling management of other creative personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor junior editors and animators
  • Lead the team in how best to represent a brand concept visually, specifically regarding film look, color, editing style, pace, and integrating additional assets
  • Collaborating with our 3D animation team and work seamlessly in the post production pipeline
  • Determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to use
  • Talk to D3 agency partners and brand team clients to develop an artistic approach and style
  • Coordinate activities with other artistic and creative departments
  • Develop detailed timelines
  • Present edits to D3 Agency team and brand teams for approval

Compensation and Benefits :

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,800 - $172,100 based on a full-time schedule.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field (advertising, graphic design, visual arts, etc.)
  • Know the editing workflow inside and out such as online, offline, transcoding, prepping files for broadcast delivery, etc.
  • Experience in color correction / grading is a must
  • Experience with creative teams in agency or in-house agency environments
  • Experience in CPG a plus
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and account teams
  • Strong problem-solving, communications, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to motivate others to creatively and strategically solve multiple problems at once, under quick deadlines
  • Ability to brainstorm in large groups and develop big promotional ideas from beginning to end
  • Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop and DaVinci
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Strong creative portfolio, available online
