Client Hospital How many interview rounds will be completed before a hiring decision is made? 1 Duties :

• The recruiter will be a team-oriented individual with excellent organization skills. The recruiter will be responsible for consulting with department leaders and hiring managers to understand the recruitment needs, develop sourcing strategies to leverage a diverse candidate pool that align with Correctional Health Services organizational goals.
• Pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications and support departments with pre-screening interviews when needed.
• Utilize PATS (Personnel Action Trigger System) to manage, modify and track approved positions. As well as attend job fair virtually and in person.

Skills

• Develop a working knowledge of CHS departments / programs to identify hiring needs. Work creatively with departments to help create recruitment plans and identify resources for outreach (Universities, Organizations such as American Medical Association, American Psychiatric Association, etc.)
• Review applicant pool to ensure candidates meet corporate and functional qualifications. Manage and track requested job posting and applicant resume submittals.

Run weekly and monthly reports on posting to ensure a timely turn around on filling positions.

Find and attend external job fairs and hiring events Work with Universities / Colleges and department leaders on managing their student internship, Residents and fellowship pool.
