As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will drive business growth by identifying and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential customers, and setting up meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Proactively source and research potential leads through cold calling, email, social media, and industry networking.
- Prospect Qualification : Conduct outreach to understand prospects' needs, qualify their interest, and assess if they are a good fit for our solutions.
- Appointment Setting : Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality prospects.
- Pipeline Management : Use CRM tools like Salesforce to maintain accurate records of interactions, track progress, and manage the sales funnel effectively.
- Collaboration : Partner with sales and marketing to refine outreach strategies and ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.
- Continuous Learning : Stay informed on industry trends and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- KPI Achievement : Meet or exceed targets in lead generation, conversion rates, and appointment setting.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or lead generation roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
- Self-driven and target-focused with strong organizational skills.
