Senior Electrical Engineer - Hybrid Remote

This position will be one of the primary Electrical Engineers for our company and will lead the appropriate electrical development activities within our company and for our customer projects.

The selected candidate will operate in a small yet diverse team environment that supports products through all phases of the life cycle.

This includes conceptual development, detailed design, qualification, as well as manufacturing transition and production support.

The engineer will be responsible for developing and producing robust hardware solutions to meet demanding customer requirements.

They will leverage their electrical engineering experience to perform tasks including circuit and CCA design and analysis, technical trade studies, analog / digital / mixed signal interface design, reverse engineering of legacy designs, component selection, evaluation of technology insertion / upgrades, as well as laboratory test and troubleshooting.

Salary range is $130,000-$150,000 depending on experience. The selected candidate will operate in a small yet diverse team environment that supports products through all phases of the life cycle.

Job Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering and 6+ years’ experience Demonstrated experience in product development and support of electronic equipment Solid fundamentals of digital / analog / mixed signal electronics, components, and interface / communication standards Experience in the design, test, troubleshooting, and manufacture of multi-layer electronic circuit card assemblies including oversight of PCB layout Strong hands-on laboratory experience with instrumentation, equipment, and processes Experience with state-of-the-art electrical engineering development tools Strong written and verbal communication skills Motivated self-starter and problem solver with proven experience executing in diverse multi-disciplinary teams Strong computer skills in basic MS office and technical programs Design of digital hardware that leverages embedded processors, microcontrollers, and FPGAs that provide capability and functionality to a larger system Experience with DFx (design for assembly, test, manufacturing, etc.
