Key Responsibilities :
Email Marketing : Develop, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns to increase engagement, conversions, and retention.
Analyse performance and suggest improvements.
Influencer Marketing : Identify, build relationships with, and manage influencers to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Coordinate collaborations, campaigns, and product launches with influencers.
Social Media Management : Schedule and monitor content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
Ensure consistent messaging and branding while driving engagement and growth, whilst liaising closely with the marketing department to ensure content guidelines are followed.
Blog Writing : Write, edit, and publish high-quality blog posts that reflect the brand’s tone and voice. Optimize content for SEO and ensure relevance to target audiences.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email, influencer, and social media marketing.
- Strong content creation and writing skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and Shopify.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
