EyeCare Partners is seeking an experienced professional who will serve as the Sr Data Analyst in our growing Enterprise Data & Analytics team, which is responsible for deploying and supporting modern data platforms, analytics tools, enterprise data management, data engineering and enterprise analytics.

This role will have good exposure to our senior leadership and other functional leadership. The ideal candidate will be making highly impactful contributions in enabling data driven decision making by building and delivering enterprise KPI via executive dashboards (using PowerBI), build advanced analytics as well as ad-hoc analytics.

This role will also contribute in maturing our overall data management function in the areas of master data management (MDM), data cataloging and data quality.

Essential Responsibilities : Lead enterprise KPI definitions effort in partnership with various functional and operational leaders Document and manage KPI definitions Build automated enterprise KPI dashboards and support data & metrics delivery to executive leadership Contribute to building enterprise datasets, proactively Monitor key datasets and provide appropriate recommendations for action and changes Conduct data analysis in support of a variety of analytic solutions Collaborate with the business to determine and document data and reporting requirements Capture, develop, and document data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements Assist in developing and contributing to Master Data Management Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements as needed Create and produce forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests, dashboards, etc.

Interpret data, analyze results, and provide insights to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities Ensure compliance with deliverable reporting requirements by performing data quality audits and analysis Create specifications for reports based on business requests Responsible for interpretation of results as needed Evaluate and build advanced analytics (AI, ML and Automation etc.

Help evangelize data driven decision making across the enterprise Perform other duties as requested Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Analytics required 5 years of experience working within an Information Technology capacity 2+ years of hands-on-experience in building and developing Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI Good SQL knowledge with strong query writing skills Strong hands on experience in modern analytical tools such as Power BI Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Access Ability to prioritize and organize effectively Strong attention-to-detail and analytical mindset is a must Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative and dynamic team environment Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities Ability to analyze and interpret data Ability to quickly identify business problems / opportunities Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel Ability to document, prepare and present data-driven presentations Experience with large databases, conducting complex analysis Advanced level logical and analytical skills Ability to explain complex analysis results in an easy-to-understand language Basic understanding of ELT / ETL, and workflow automation Demonstrated problem solving Demonstrated ability to think and work with a proactive mindset A self-motivated personality with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment Ability to work in a collaborative and partnership manner with other team members and business stakeholders #ECP Employment Type : Full Time
