Their cutting-edge technology and brands empower businesses to deliver exceptional products to the market. The company is growing and hiring a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales efforts throughout the East Coast U.

S. region into the manufacturing industry.

This remote position comes with full benefit package and expected total compensation $120-$150k (base plus commission)

Prefer candidate live in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina

Territory will cover : FL, GA, AL, NC, SC, VA, TN, PA and Northeastern states.

As the Sales Manager for the East Coast region , you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in direct sales, a deep understanding of Food / Beverage manufacturing industries, and a passion for delivering top-notch testing solutions.

HIGHLIGHTED RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration in the Midwest / Northcentral region.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs within manufacturing industries.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely reporting.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align strategies and meet customer expectations.
  • Ideal location : Chicago, Wisconsin areas

HIGHLIGHTED REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or business or commensurate experience
  • Proven experience in direct sales with minimum of 5 years of regional sales experience in B2B
  • In-depth knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry preferred.
  • Experience in the recruitment of new sales partners
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Significant travel required within the Northcentral & Midwest U.S.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strategic mindset.
  • Experience using a CRM system and MS Office programs.
