Responsibilities :

The Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute (SSIHI) is a part of UCI Health and the Susan & Henry College of Health Sciences.

The Samueli Institute strives to transform healthcare through the practice of integrative health by conducting rigorous research, promoting evidence-informed treatment modalities, educating the public, providing individualized, patient-centered clinical care, and providing services to the community that focus on obtaining optimal health.

The Strategic Project Analyst plays a critical role in driving the strategic initiatives of the organization. This position involves conducting comprehensive data analysis, developing plans for strategic initiatives, and supporting project implementation to enhance the institute's operational efficiency and overall effectiveness.

The analyst collaborates with various leaders to identify opportunities for growth and streamlining processes. Key responsibilities include preparing detailed reports, analyzing data, and managing project timelines.

Proficient in ability to use discretion and maintain all confidentiality.

Qualifications :

Working knowledge of common organization and other computer application programs

Demonstrates ability to analyze, research and synthesize large amounts of data with strong attention to detail.

Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Working knowledge of applicable policy analysis techniques.

Proficient in ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes.

Demonstrates ability to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns.

Required :

Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.

The expected pay range for this recruitment is $26.92- $36.34 (Hourly).
