Our Sales team is expanding and looking toadd a Business Development Manager. We are looking for a dynamicand driven candidate who is interested in joining a fastgrowingglobal company in the automotive sector.

Business Development Manager will manage and maintain all assignedaccounts identify future business opportunities and develop strongcustomer relationships.

To identify troubleshoot and recommendsolutions for commercial and technical issues along with workingclosely with the Program Management and Engineering teams to meetcost and timing targets.

Other duties include :

  • Initiate RFQs oversee CFT quote activity toensure complete timely completion and obtain the properauthorization for the plant to proceed on customer projects andassignments for Minth NA and Minth OverseasRFQs.
  • Submit and maintain all customer specificcommercial documents related to Minth NA and Minth Overseasprograms
  • Prepare submissions for annualCustomer FX Materials Pricing Programs
  • Maintainservice parts pricing
  • Identify and effectivelywork with the Minth Global team to prevent customer problems andwhen needed participate in customer issueresolutions
  • Build professional relationshipsand establish an ongoing line of communication with customerssuperiors peers subordinates suppliers etc.

to facilitate theachievement of performance standards

  • Assuretarget dates are met (relating to ECR responses quotes etc.) andpertinent information is communicated timely
  • Identify opportunities recommend and implementprojects and ideas for improved productivity cost reduction andwork with our Plants to implement Tech CostSavings
  • Understand and participate in meetingswith Program Managers in the development and implementation of APQPplans and feasibility discussions
  • Work withmanufacturing support personnel on new and existing product processissues to understand and maintain a knowledge base for bothexisting and potential products
  • Maintain andupdate company pricing record documents logs forecasts and anyother commercial records as needed
  • Handle allfinancial openissues such as piece price and tooling for allassigned accounts to assure that all purchase orders are issuedreceived and billed including all related followupactivities
  • Research and understand marketpricing in order to maintain competitive analysis and benchmarkingdata on current competition and new business forquotes
  • Provide customer sales and productioninformation to assist in the formulation of budgets forecasts andannual customer savings plans.
  • Participate inthe development of presentations and negotiation ofcontracts
  • Assist Supplier Quality or QualityDepartment with any commercial issues related to the AssemblyPlants or Warranty
  • Assist Quality inmaintaining customer ratings
  • Research andrecommend jobrelated communication or technical developmentactivities such as technical classes seminars etc.

To be a qualified candidate youmust have the following :

  • Completed Bachelors degree in Business orEngineering preferred or equivalent workexperience
  • Minimum 5 years of work experiencein a sales field within Automotive OEM
  • Knowledge of Automotive OEM (Stellantis GMFord Honda Hyundai Nissan Toyota) ePortal and associatedApplications
  • English Technical LanguageSkills
  • Bilingual is a plus Nihonggo MandarinKorean
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft OfficeProducts to analyze data and trends prepare written correspondenceand presentations for executivelevel meetings
