We have an immediate need for a Lead Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our phenomenal team.

Position : Lead Residential HVAC Service Technician
Pay : $40.00 - $50.00 per hour depending on experience + spiffs and commission
Hours of Work : Monday to Friday : 7 : 00am or 8 : 00am start time to 4 : 00pm or 5 : 00pm
What you will be doing :
- Service and maintenance of residential HVAC equipment
- Diagnosing and repairing equipment
- Apprentice ride a-longs
- Customer Service
- Education customers on our maintenance program and Indoor Air Quality options
- Consult with customer on repair and replacements
- Dispatched from home via Service Titan
Required Qualifications :
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 5+ years of residential service experience
- EPA Certified
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
