Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Chicago, IL.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform routine maintenance and service on commercial HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC system issues.
- Install new HVAC systems and components.
- Conduct system performance tests and ensure proper operation.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Follow all safety protocols and industry standards.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Cooling Towers, Roof Top Units, Chillers, Ice Machines and Walk in Coolers
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
