Job Summary :
Seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results to join our team. As a seasoned corporate attorney, you will be responsible for providing strategic legal guidance to our clients, managing complex legal matters, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities :
- Manage competitor acquisitions and due diligence.
- Oversee IT operations, DOD contracting, HR, recruiting, and legal functions.
- Advise CEO on company matters.
- Conduct industry and customer analysis for product development.
- Support portfolio companies and act as a liaison to the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
- Source and evaluate investment deals.
- Lead product initiatives and cross-functional teams.
Requirements :
- 7+ years of experience as a corporate attorney
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with clients and leadership.
- Strong analytical skills and innovative approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
