Job Title : Service Excellence Associate

Essential Functions :

Leading the effort of onboarding new employees into the organization.

Facilitating classroom and virtual instructor led training.

Proposing and assisting in creation of new procedures, products, or offerings which indirectly or directly generate training revenue.

Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of course materials and relevance to target audience.

Constructing curriculum development processes for both classroom based and VILT.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Information Systems or a related discipline. Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree.

LEAN / Six Sigma Green Belt certification desired.

Required Experience :

Minimum of two years' experience in delivering training curriculum for adult learners, working within a process or project related field.

Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Desired Experience :

Experience in facilitation, process, and project management.

Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Behavioral Competencies :

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management.

Strong presentation skills with the ability to present to all levels of management.

Technical Competencies :

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Good to excellent facilitation, process, and project management skills.

Experience using tools and methodologies including LEAN, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.

Working knowledge of Organizational Change Management and the ability to learn internal Cognizant and TPS systems

Salary and Other Compensation :

Applications will be accepted till 11 / 11 / 2024.

The annual salary for this role will in the range of $60K-$65K depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
