Junior to Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer

Position Overview :
We are looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer who can work across the stack and independently address issues in the backend, frontend, or database.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, capable of gathering necessary information and triaging issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain web and desktop applications using .NET technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full technology stack.
- Collaborate with team members and end users to design and implement new features.
- Read and understand documentation to learn new tools and technologies as needed.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong grasp of object-oriented principles.
- Familiarity with .NET GUI technologies (e.g., Windows Forms, WPF, UWP, Avalonia).
- Familiarity with SQL Server and Transact-SQL.
- Proficiency in C#.
- Familiarity with Entity Framework (EF 5 / 6 and / or Core).
- Basic knowledge of HTML.
- Ability to investigate and resolve obscure problems.
- Self-motivated and able to learn independently.
Preferred Qualifications :
- 1-3 years of professional experience.
- Experience with Crystal Reports.
- Advanced proficiency with SQL Server and Transact-SQL.
- Proficiency in Angular and TypeScript.
- Experience with or Windows Forms / WPF.
