Job Title : AP Vendor Manager
Location : Grand Rapids, MI
Compensation : $50,000 - $60,000.
Schedule : M-F 8 : 30a - 4 : 30a & hybrid work arrangement (2-3 days).
AP Vendor Manager Responsibilities :
Data Entry : Input approximately 120 invoices per month per community into Sage 50 (transitioning to NetSuite for automation).
Vendor Management : Communicate with vendors to resolve inquiries and discrepancies promptly.
Forecasting : Analyze accounts payable data to forecast monthly expenses and maintain budgeting.
Bill Processing : Enter bills into Sage 50, trigger payments, and manage check printing and mailing.
AP Vendor Manager Qualifications :
Must Have :
- Invoice coding and bill entry experience
- Proficiency in accounting calendar management
- 2-3 years of high-volume AP experience
- Strong vendor communication skills
Preferred :
- Healthcare or nonprofit background
- Familiarity with Sage 50 or NetSuite
- Degree in Accounting or related field
