Restaurant Area Manager Responsibilities :
- Engaged in the hiring, coaching, and direction of General Managers
- Instilling a culture of ownership
- Conducting random inspections, inventory, and cash audits
- Managing budgets, labor, and food costs
- Responding to customer service issues
Restaurant Area Manager Requirements :
- Minimum of 3 years' successful results as an Area Manager with 4 or more locations (Fast Food)
- People development and QSC improvement track record
- Strong focus on service and hospitality
- Sharp and professional
- Strong business acumen
