The Sr. Quality Manager reports to Sr. Director of Quality Assurance.
This includes primary responsibility for the following :
- Conducts quality inspections for work in progress components.
- Performs final product quality audits and works with station leadership to implement and allocate quality and safety improvements
- Establish and maintain files and records of all airline and company specific safety training
- Ensure completion of all recurrent training
- Monitor, support and develop station level trainers
- Oversee local station training staff in their training certifications, while ensuring they adhere to company and airline courses, policies and procedures
- Develop Station Safety program including documentation
- Work with airline and governmental agencies to ensure training and safety compliance while avoiding security concerns
- Communicate with airlines regarding new training standards and compliance with current specifications
- Ensure that staff is meeting and exceeding customer expectations
- Handle any reports or information requested by management
- Demonstrate regular, predictable attendance at job location
- Exceed PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
- Carry out other duties as assigned

General Qualifications :
- 18 years of age
- Eligible to work in the United States
Education / Experience :
Associates degree and three years experience. Associates degree or high school diploma or equivalent may be substituted with five or more years relevant experience in the training environment.
Certificates and Licenses :
Valid Drivers License with a clean and verifiable driving record.
Language Ability :
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Reasoning Ability :
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Computer Skills :
Intermediate knowledge is required in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, organize training schedules, and perform other training related tasks.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
This job requires supervision of all training staff.
