Overview :
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with 3-5 years of experience and a 4-year equivalent college degree. This role involves taking inbound and outbound calls and emails to provide information to healthcare customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone and email.
- Retrieve and provide customer or company information utilizing a database.
- Learn and follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Demonstrate patience, tact, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Organize and manage calls and emails with speed and accuracy.
- Work with complex computer applications and resource materials.
- Multitask effectively while employing critical thinking skills.
Required Skills :
- Experience : 3-5 years of experience required.
- Education : 4-year equivalent college degree
- Problem Solving & Critical Thinking : Ability to assess situations and propose solutions.
- Multitasking : Capability to navigate between different platforms, managing customer calls and emails efficiently.
- Basic Computing Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft software suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams) and a general understanding of Windows and commonly used computer systems.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) : Ability to follow established procedures and know when to seek assistance.
- Team Player : Understand and contribute to team culture effectively.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Background in the healthcare industry.
Candidate Assessment :
- Must score 80% or higher on all training assessments.
- Previous candidates lacked :
