What You Will Be Doing
- Maintain logs and supervise RFIs, daily reports, and submittals
- Negotiate and maintain relations with vendors and subcontractors.
- Support with electrical project establishment and closeout.
- Perform electrical developments executing quality, operation, and safety enhancements to our production lines.
- Ensure decisions related to electrical engineering principles apply to operation problems and requirements proposed.
- Develop and review of electrical project calculations.
- Prepare reports and study existing technical information clearly and precisely to attain client requirements.
- Participate in project electrical work plan development.
- Guide project schedule.
What You Need for this Position
- 3+ years of relevant electrical PM experience
- Strong knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC)
- Proficiency in MS Office : Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, ConstructJob, MS Project, or other related Construction Management software
- Experience estimating relevant projects in the size of $50k - $10mm+
Nice to have
Experience utilizing sophisticated test equipment like DMM, Megger, PQM, UCT, IR Camera, or similar
