Job Summary : The Registered Nurse (RN 1) - New Grads is responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in a healthcare setting.
As a newly graduated nurse, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience while working alongside experienced healthcare professionals.
Your role will involve assessing patients, developing care plans, administering medications, and providing compassionate support to patients and their families.
This position requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to continuously learn and grow as a nurse.
