Position Title : RN Department : OR / Recovery Visa Sponsorship Available to Eligible Applicants Multiple Shifts, Part-Time # Full-Time and Weekend Package Options Available! # Purpose : Provides and directs safe, effective and culturally competent perioperative, post anesthesia recovery care, and cares for patients with gastrointestinal disorders and pulmonary conditions.

Key accountabilities include assessments, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidenced-based practice;

adherence to the Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA; and active participation in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities.

During procedures the nurse will function in one of three roles : circulating, scrub or patient monitoring nurse for sedation cases.

During the post operative phase the nurse will function with distinct competencies for the post anesthesia or recovery phase.

Report To : Manager # Supervisory Responsibility : Direction : The job requires some accountability for scheduling, assigning or coordinating work.

Employees check the quality of work and provide guidance, instruction, training and direction to others. Although the job does not require formal or official supervisory responsibility, the incumbent serves as group leader or acts in an informal #assistant supervisory# or #lead# role.
