About the team
We are the T&S evaluation and investigation team, working closely with the search team, taking the evaluation standards as the baseline and principles, and manually evaluating the search query and corresponding search results page to reflect the real user experience of the search function.
Our team performs a critical function that supports our efforts to address objectionable or disturbing content. Content that the Product Operation Specialist interacts with includes images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying;
hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals. Responsibilities- Evaluate cases daily to provide the product team with insights, and feedback, which can then be translated into improvements and optimization of key product metrics (.
page view, negative user feedback and click-through rate).- Assimilate and summarise search data, to build recommendations for improvement and optimization.
- Accountable for improvement, by optimising SOP to ensure strong delivery of business team(s).- Improve cost efficiency & analysis.
- Responsible for search evaluation, investigation, and other search-related business requirements and provided guidance to deliver all key project milestones and outcomes to optimize search results-related strategies.
- Work independently as the evaluation and investigation project designer, deeply understand the business, and be responsible for the overall process of the project, including planning, implementation and providing high-quality evaluation analysis to help with product optimization.
- Work closely with Product Managers and technical teams to elaborate and optimize relevant evaluation standards or guidelines and output project SOPs to ensure that the evaluation meets expectations.
- Work closely with multiple business partners to ensure business metrics improvement and workflow optimization.- Other Ad-hoc and relevant projects such as reporting and urgent business requests from product teams as assigned by TL.
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above.- In-depth understanding of search engines and TikTok or similar social media platforms.
2+ years of working experience in the IT industry will be preferred.- Excellent data analysis and communication skills. Project management experience will be preferred.
Ability to manage cross-functional operational efforts, work with data delivery, engineering, and product teams to ensure the smooth rollout of projects.
Preferred Qualifications- Flexible, adaptable, proactive and self-motivated, and demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
To build operational success across diverse linguistic regions, proficiency in both English and either Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic or French will be considered as a differential to effectively support and engage with activities in different markets, ensuring comprehensive communication.
