TRS Staffing is seeking a SuccessFactors Implementation Change Management and Communication Lead for a full-time13-month contract on behalf of our EPC Partner, who will be expanding their SuccessFactors system in many ways.

This position can operate hybrid out of their Houston or Dallas offices, or sit completely remote for the right candidate (MUST RESIDE IN TX).

OVERVIEW

The Change Management and Communication Lead will be a critical component of our client’s SuccessFactors expansion project, reporting to the Director of HR Systems.

This is a project support position for the duration of the SuccessFactors implementation project and a period thereafter for post-go-live support.

The SuccessFactors Implementation Change Management and Communications Lead will play a key role in ensuring the SuccessFactors Implementation Project meets objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.

To this end, the successful individual will have a project management mindset, but will focus on the people side of change as it relates to changes to business processes, policies, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.

Additionally, this role will coordinate the development of content for the Knowledge Base, where employee, manager, and HR-facing knowledge articles will be posted.

This individual will be responsible for the development of the overall approach for business-facing knowledge base content, including coordination with HR process owners and subject matter experts to develop articles, and to develop a methodology that the company will continue to use after the implementation to keep the knowledge articles current, and to add / remove articles as the knowledge needs of the business evolve.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
  • Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a HR system implementation
  • Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications, training materials, job aids, and knowledge articles
  • Assess the change impact
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Support training efforts
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs
  • Develop the knowledge base approach, content, and sustainment methodology
  • Complete change management assessments to evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Identify, analyze, and identify risks and anticipated resistance to change
  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers : communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
  • Consult and coach project teams
  • Coordinate efforts with other specialists
  • Integrate change management activities into project plan
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Work with PMO to track and report issues
  • Support change management at the organizational level
  • Support project communication or knowledge article content editing and optimization

REQUIREMENTS

4) year degree in Technology, Education, Industrial Relations, Human Resource (HR), or global equivalent in applicable field of study and (16) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience

  • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to : management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, preferably in an HR setting
