Oracle EBS technical expert with expertise in HR and Payroll
Skills and Technologies :
MUST have excellent communication skills to clearly and concisely communicate with the business daily.
- Extensive experience in Oracle E-Business Suite preferably 12.2
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle EBS suite platform (Application Object library, Open Interfaces, APIs, Flexfields, Custom Library, Forms Personalization, OAF Personalization, Alerts, Oracle Workflow, Oracle AME, OA Framework)
- Experience on the use of SQL, Oracle PL / SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, SQL *Loader Workflow, XML / BI Publisher, Shell Scripting
- Experience working with various Oracle modules : Oracle HRMS, Payroll, Financials, Projects, Inventory, Order Management
Day to day work, support and MUST be able to do customizations.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Monitor and resolve issues with Oracle Workflow and AME specifically for Oracle HRMS Self Service.
- Enhance and optimize business processes utilizing form personalization, OAF personalization and Oracle Workflow.
- Modify Payroll processes to meet new rules and regulations by setting up global values, balances, modifying Fast Formulas, creating new deduction or new earning.
- Provides support, troubleshooting and upgrades for various software; develops and supports interfaces between applications;
researches and maintains data integrity; and utilizes development tools to maintain applications, interfaces and reports.
- Creates, debugs and runs SQL scripts to conduct data analysis, accuracy validation and data maintenance.
