Neil Huffman Automotive Group is searching for an Accounts Receivable Clerk for our corporate office!
Job Duties Include :
- Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
- Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; coordinating monthly transfers to accounts receivable accounts;
verifying totals; and preparing reports.
- Maintains financial historical records by filing accounting documents.
- Collects revenue by reminding delinquent accounts; and notifying customers of insufficient payments.
- Pays invoices by verifying transaction information, scheduling and preparing disbursements; and obtaining authorization of payments.
- Bill Car Deals
Requirements :
