TheFinance Analyst will assist in high visibility global projectfocused on transitioning global real estate financial managementinto Corporate Finance.
The transition will also include transferof staff and capital assets and the responsibilities will includethe following :
Assist in a Global real estate project perform special research andprojects as required to help make key decisions.
Assists with all aspects of financial reporting and the preparationof financial forecasts / budgets / restatements.
Assists with annual and monthly financial statements and otherreports and projects as necessary.
Assist withcross functional allocations
Knowledgeable ofthe monthend close process (e.g. monthly duties assigned tofacilitate timely close including reporting).
Identify and develop reports to help establish and track keymetrics using large data sets
Provide input toensure accounting systems and processes are continually streamlinedvia process improvement to achieve greater efficiencies andaccuracy.
Set up cost centers for all locationstransitioning. Leads multicountry projects such as reallocation ofspend between departments (including but not limited to) long rangeplanning tracking and reallocation of spend staffing planning andcapital assetspreparedness.
Thisis a hybrid role that will require you to work 23 days out of theweek at the clients Chicago downtownoffice.
Requirements :
- Bachelorsdegree in accounting finance or business. At least 3 5 years ofsolid FP and amp;A experience in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.
- Experiencewith Oracle and Essbase. andnbsp;
- The ability to lead andwork effectively on a team and with other functional areas andcustomers throughout the organization is required. andnbsp;
- This candidate must have excellentinterpersonal and organizational skills and be proactiveresourceful and results oriented. and nbsp;
- Theideal individual should possess strong written and oralcommunication skills with some exposure to projectmanagement.
- Strong analytical problemsolvingplanning and organizational skills.
- Thecandidate should have the ability to meet deadlines handle multiplepriorities and perform job responsibilities with minimalsupervision.
- MS Office withemphasis on intermediate to advanced Excel skills is required (e.g.index / match pivot tables multiple ifstatements).
